As hands-on owner-operators Jane and Jens employ three full time staff and five subcontractors to help run their comprehensive showroom and the installations. Jenna, their dedicated store manager, has been with the store for over 4 years and is passionate about customer service. Her extensive experience in flooring and blinds means that she takes care of customers every step of the way - from organising measures and quoting through to sales and organising installations. Her commitment to the business shines through in her customer interactions every day.
